6. Cancellation fees
Unfortunately, if you cancel an event we will have to charge you a cancellation fee. With enough notice these fees are not too punishing. However, as we have to book staff time, make plans/bookings, and arrange activities the penalty does increase the closer we get to the event or sessions that you have booked with Silvertree Survival Ltd. Cancellation fees are as follows:
| Calendar days notice given | Cancellation fee |
|---|---|
| More than 90 days notice | 10% of session/event fee. |
| 60 to 89 days notice | 20% of session/event fee. |
| 30 to 59 days notice | 50% of session/event fee. |
| 15 to 29 days notice | 80% of session/event fee. |
| 14 days or less notice | 100% of session/event fee. |
If there are external contractors in place (e.g. caterers, musicians) who do not charge cancellation fees, we will endeavour to pass this reduction of cost on to you, in order to reduce your cancellation fees.
7. Parental Consent and Disclosure
We require that all clients under the age of 18 attending an event or session must have submitted a Parental Consent and Medical Form. Ideally we would like forms at the time of payment.
